Cigna Hospital Contract Negotiation
HCA Healthcare is still negotiating with Cigna to reach a new agreement, but we remain far apart on serious issues that affect our ability to provide our patients with the care you expect from us. It is our sincere hope that we can resolve these issues before the current agreement expires on September 30, 2026. Regardless of these negotiations, emergency care will always be available to everyone, regardless of insurance coverage.
